Clay ROCK
Each session is 2.5 hrs
Fee: S$30 per child or $50 per adult-child pair |
The children are provided with pre-molded hollow rocks that are made of paperclay. They will be facilitated to imagine how each rock can be viewed creatively as a human head, an elephant, a fish, a dinosaur, a TV, a shoe, etc… and how numerous rocks can be combined to form a s Ninja Turtle, a landscape, etc… When their imaginations are fired up, they will be guided in the process of hands-on creation with paperclay.

Clay TILE
Each session is 2.5 hrs
Fee: S$30 per child or $50 per adult-child pair |
As opposed to rocks, the children are provided with pre-molded, blank paperclay tiles. Unlike most tile art programs, we do a lot more than mere painting on the tiles. As our tiles are made of paperclay, the children are able to ‘build’ on the tiles with bits of paperclay to create 3D protrusions for designs and words. Numerous tiles can even be assembled to form an integrated project at a grander scale. The children can create projects as varied as bedroom signs, birthday tiles (instead of cards), picture frames, personalized festive gifts (such as Christmas) and a thousand other ideas!
Takeaway: this program plays with 2D vs 3D to stimulate innovative thinking and train fine motor skills in hands and fingers in the children. |

This program is designed to provide a creative project to be worked on by a family team for recreation and quality bonding. The team could be as small as an adult-child pair (e.g. father and daughter) or an entire family of three generations! Depending on the project selection, we may use the rocks, the tiles or a combination of them, or none of them. The key idea is to (a) present a focus (e.g. to create all the spoons, big and small, needed for use at home) to the team, (b) facilitate them in discussing, planning and deciding how they wish to manifest the focus into physical reality, and (c) guide them in the hands-on creative process using paperclay. Often, the outcome itself is a fantastic experiential high for all in the family. In addition, if the creation were something that the family would use regularly (e.g. the set of spoons), the good feeling of togetherness would live on for a long time to come in the family.
For larger scale or more sophisticated family projects like garden decoration, installation art for the home or standing statement piece at the door entrance, we provide customized programs that may require multiple sessions.
Takeaway: enhanced adult-child and/or team bonding through
a common experiential journey that's based on fun, creativity, interactivity
and accomplishment.

Clay LEGO
Single or multiple sessions depending on specific requirements
Fee: S$40-S$60 per pax depending on the level of experiential design
Photo Gallery: team building with Clay LEGO |
We play with paperclay in a manner that you absolutely don’t need to have prior pottery skills or any art experience. As such, we have designed this Clay LEGO as an innovative program for team building. Participants are provided with a wide array of pre-created paperclay bits in the form of rod, ring, slab, needle, little brick, etc. They will work as individuals as well as from small teams and gradually combining the works into one whole team to ‘lego’ the bits and pieces together in a most creative manner. They will be guided on the basic clay techniques in the creative process. The resulting ‘masterpiece’ usually would amaze the participants who usually thought they were non-artistic. Some ‘masterpieces’ are outrageously imaginative, others are incredibly abstract, but all are magical expressions by the team nevertheless, as the work represents the collective spirit and creativity of the team as a whole. We encourage the team display their creation at the workplace to anchor the team building experience for a long time to come.
Takeaway: enhanced team bonding and spirit through
a common experiential journey that's based on fun, creativity, interactivity
and accomplishment. |
